3. How would you rate this meeting?
Nothing is worse than leaving a meeting feeling like it should have been an email. The average employee wastes at least 31 hours in unproductive meetings every month so let's change that. Let's rate this meeting.
🥵1= A waste of my time -----> 8 = Excellent🔥👍

4. How would you describe our current performance & engagement levels?
Did you feel that the person leading the meeting adequately prepared the session in a manner that facilitated your understanding of the information, asked questions, and maintained an engaging environment?
IMPORTANT🔺Please note that engagement also depends on your active participation during the meeting, so please refrain from rating the meeting poorly if you feel you were not fully present, as this may negatively impact how the meeting leader approaches future sessions.

😞What could we improve? Also, Celebrate 🔥Successes! Just as it's crucial to identify areas for improvement, acknowledging what went well boosts morale and sets a benchmark for quality meetings.
We also encourage participants to share feedback that is specific and actionable. General comments like "It was good" or "It was boring" don't offer a path to improvement. Instead, ask for concrete suggestions.
