This is a pre-workshop tool. Ideal for online networking. Using this board users will be able to meet new people and share their expectations. The objective is to get a project off on the right foot and to ensure that everyone's goals are and expectations are aligned.

1. Prepare the board and make sure you add everyone's name.

Add additional columns if you need them. Option 2: You can also let guests add their names.

2. Introduce yourself.

Use a sticky-note to answer the following questions: What's your name? What's your superpower? I am the go-to person for... Additional Information: Linkedin information Job title and company Favourite movie

3. Expectations

What do you hope to gain from this experience? How would you define your overall goal? What would be the ideal scenario and outcome?

4. Common Objectives & Possible Missing Pieces

Browse the board and everyone's sticky notes and synthesize everyone's objectives. What are the commonalities? How would you define the common objective? What are we missing? Are we missing any key stakeholders? Should we invite someone else or do we need additional resources or skills?
