About this process
The daily stand-up meeting from the Scrum or Agile framework is a 15-minute time-boxed meeting for the Team to efficiently synchronize activities and create a plan for the day. This daily meeting is ideal to optimize team performance and collaboration. It's a key informative meeting that helps to forecast upcoming work. This daily meeting is held at the same time and place each day to reduce complexity. If you are working remotely you will specify the time and platform here. The purpose of having daily stand-ups is: to 1)improve communications, 2) to eliminate other meetings, 3) to identify impediments and barriers, 4) to highlight and improve quick decision-making, and 5) to help increase the Team’s level of project knowledge reducing uncertainty and aligning the team's goals and company vision.

1. Start the session
During the session, these are the questions your manager or scrum master will ask you: What did you accomplish yesterday? What do you plan on doing today? Do you have any obstacles? Keep a meeting duration within 15 minutes — be short and concise. If you have time or you have other key areas you want to cover you can add additional questions.
2. Additional questions, barriers or concerns.
Add here additional questions, barriers or concerns. You Scrum Master or team manager will individually reach out and help you find a solution.
3. Weekly Overview
Did you have any obstacles? Were you able to manage your time? What area or project was a total success? How would you celebrate that? What could you improve? What would you need help or assistance with?

- Open Meeting Parking Lot

- Is the meeting getting off track? One technique that really works is to create an "Open Meeting Parking Lot." Any team member who identifies a topic to be discussed after a meeting - add the topic here as a follow-up item (add it to the parking lot) All topics here will be discussed 'outside' rather than during the meeting. For this to work, the Parking Lot needs to be visible to all.

- Succesful. Things we need to celebrate.
- Things we didn't finish/ or goals we didn't achieve.
- Things we could improve.
