1. Hi, thank you for joining this "asynchronous design review".
The objective of this session is to ๐๐share a new design with you and discuss it with you ๐
This is a collaborative session, so it feels a lot like a meeting(but without adding another meeting to your calendar). For example, you can see other people's answers and build on each other's ideas. You can even see each other's cursors if you end up crossing paths in this session. Of course, if you feel like joining a quick conversation with someone in the session, you can always join the voice call and say 'hi!'.
I would like to note that while I am giving you the chance to choose when you participate, but I am asking you to do so before the ๐ due date. If you don't want to forget, we'll send you a reminder, but you can also add this session to your calendar.
Let me show you the design and walk you through the idea. ๐ [ ADD A VIDEO(Loom/Youtube) ]

2. [Add a question]
๐คIntructions: To enhance the effectiveness of this session, consider adding another question: "What specifically do you want them to review?" "What type of information you need to move forward?" Facilitate the session by asking questions and allowing collaborators to add their answers. By asking questions, your collaborators/stakeholders are more likely to provide the necessary information, rather than offering suggestions or feedback that may distract the team from the meeting's purpose.
3. What should I add or improve?
Add one idea/suggestion per sticky note. ๐ฅ๐Vote and react to those notes you believe should be considered.
4. Any risks or considerations?
What should we remove? What should we keep in mind?
5. Any additional comments?
Add feedback and comments here. โ๐Add your questions in the next section.
6. Any questions?
I will go through all of your comments and answers once the session is closed and will address all of your questions and concerns a few days later. If you have a question that requires an immediate answer, you can contact me through Slack.
