About this process
This tool helps you share updates and information efficiently. You can communicate through writing, meetings, or videos. It includes three main sections: The What: Share updates, new information, key insights, and why it's important. Links and Resources: Collect and share all relevant links and resources that support the updates and insights. So What?: Identify actions to improve, change, stop, or start based on the updates. Suggestions are organized with emojis and dots to mark priority levels. Use red dots for urgent actions, yellow dots for important but less urgent tasks, and no dots for nice-to-have or observation items.

1. β The What (Updates, Insights, Changes)
Share information and updates here. You can write it, schedule a meeting, or even add a video if you are leading this asynchronously.
βWhat's the update? What's new? What should everyone know (good or bad)? What are the key insights supporting this? Why is this important? Who should know this?
2. π Links & Resources
Find all links and resources that are key and help us support current updates and insights right here. ππ
3. So what? What's next?
What should we improve, change, stop doing, or start doing based on the current insights or updates? Does anything get affected by this? Should we keep things under observation? If so, what? Is something not working, and should we stop or start doing something to address that?
Add one suggestion per sticky note and organize it by the following: Use this emoji π΄ to mark a suggestion as a stop, this other emoji for something new that we should start doing π΅, and this suggestion for something that should be π‘ improved or changed.
Now, use this emoji π₯ to identify those suggestions that you think are urgent. This means they need to be prioritized above all and could affect current priorities. Use this emoji π to identify things that are important and should be evaluated and put into action when possible. Anything else should not have any dots; those will be considered nice to have or under observation.
