About this process

Team Health Check is a specialized self- assessment tool for teams working on a project or initiative - who are looking to improve the way they work together to meet project outcomes. This surveys is measuring how teams feel during a project or sprint.

The process in detail

    I support the idea and I believe the team have what it takes to create solutions that add value.

    I understand why I am here and why my support is important.

  3. 3

    As a team, we can define, measure and deliver the value we provide to the business and the user.

  4. 4

    I understand my role and responsibilities.

  5. 5

    The team has clear ownership and a dedicated person who is accountable for team’s results and champions the mission inside and outside of the team.

    Everyone in my team knows who is currently working on what.

  7. 7

    Everyone passes on their individual knowledge and experience.

  8. 8

    The communication is clear and consistent.

  9. 9

    We have a mediator who ensures that issues are shared, conflict is reduced, and everyone can work at greater efficiency.

    My skill set is right for the each stage of the project, my responsibilities and all the tasks assigned to me.

    The current team skill set is right for this project or initiative and there are clear roles and responsibilities for each person in the team.

    Our meetings are well structured, yet leave room for creativity and new ideas.

    There is a trusting working atmosphere in our team.
