1. Hi, thank you for joining this discussion. I would like to brainstorm about [ what? ]
The objective of this session is to ππdiscuss and brainstorm initial ideas to [what] π
This is a collaborative session, so it feels a lot like a meeting(but without adding another meeting to your calendar). For example, you can see other people's answers and build on each other's ideas. You can even see each other's cursors if you end up crossing paths in this session. Of course, if you feel like joining a quick conversation with someone in the session, you can always join the voice call and say 'hi!'.
Let me give you some context.π [ ADD AN LINK AND VIDEO(Loom/Youtube) ]
You can also find all the documents and information here. Document link
πPlease "give me five" once you are done watching this video. βπ
- Give me five!
- Walk away.
2. How do you feel about this topic? How do you feel about prioritizing this?
Help me evaluate how you feel about it. This makes you excited or do you think we should prioritize something else?
- Option 1
- Option 2
- Option 3
- Option 4
- Option 5
- Option 6
3. Before we start...What do you know about this?
What do you know about this? What input, experience, or knowledge can you share with us today that could help us foresee new opportunities and reduce risks? Is there anything you have heard from competitors, newspapers, new trends, customers, etc.?
4. What do we know that doesn't work or should be avoided?
What can we learn from past mistakes or others' mistakes? Please let me know if something comes to mind. In general, we want to have a good list of things to avoid doing before we start exploring ideas together. If nothing comes to mind, please skip this step.
5. Let's start sharing ideas! How might we [achieve the objective]?
Add one idea/suggestion per sticky note. π₯π
Keep those notes short. I will contact you if I have questions or I need additional details.
6. Let's go back to step 5!
Read everyone's ideas and suggestions and select/react π at least three that you think are great! If there are some ideas that should be avoided, please react π© and let us know so we can start evaluating things with a collective perspective.
π¬π«π Any comments or explanations about why you have reacted to the ones you have? Please leave those comments here; it helps us understand your thinking process and what you see that may be invisible to us.
7. π€― WOW! Now we have a great wall of ideas.
Before you go, I wanted to ask you to share with me (please keep it short) what your proposal will be and what will have to include to be successful, keeping in mind everyone's knowledge and ideas.
If someone has already shared what you were just thinking, please react to their comment so we know what we all agree on.β€οΈ
8. What seed might we plant together today that could make the most difference to (situation/product/strategy/client...)?
Skip if you don't have anything to add.
9. Any questions?
I will go through all of your comments and answers once the session is closed and will address all of your questions and concerns a few days later. If you have a question that requires an immediate answer, you can contact me through Slack.
π₯You can add additional comments here. What else should I be asking you? What else should I be thinking about? What else whould I consider? What challenges or obstacles do you foresee in implementing this plan? What conditions must be met, and what resources will we need to succeed?
