1. Hi, thank you for joining this asynchronous feedback session.
The objective of this session is to ππshare a new proposal with you and gather your input and feedback. π
This is a collaborative session, so it feels a lot like a meeting(but without adding another meeting to your calendar). For example, you can see other people's answers and build on each other's ideas. You can even see each other's cursors if you end up crossing paths in this session. Of course, if you feel like joining a quick conversation with someone in the session, you can always join the voice call and say 'hi!'.
I would like to note that while I am giving you the chance to choose when you participate, but I am asking you to do so before the π due date. If you don't want to forget, we'll send you a reminder, but you can also add this session to your calendar.
Let me show you the proposal π [ ADD AN LINK AND VIDEO(Loom/Youtube) ]
Here is the link to the proposal > Link.
πPlease mark this as complete once you have read the proposal. This will help me track how many of you are informed and plan my work better. It will also help me understand that if you don't provide any additional feedback or comments, it may be because you don't have anything to add instead of feeling in the dark without a way of knowing if you have even read it. I truly appreciate it if you can mark this step as done once you have read it. βπ
2. What do you think about the proposal?
- Below expectations
- Met expectations
- Exceed expectations
3. What should I add or improve?
4. Any risks or considerations?
5. Any additional comments?
6. Any questions?
I will go through all of your comments and answers once the session is closed and will address all of your questions and concerns a few days later. If you have a question that requires an immediate answer, you can contact me through Slack.
