About this process

When conducting an informative session/meeting and trying to gauge how people feel about the information, whether they have understood it, or if there are any issues, it's important to ask open-ended questions that encourage participants to express their thoughts and concerns.

The process in detail

6 steps
  1. 1

Hi, thank you for joining this informative session.

  2. 2

How do you think this will affect you or your team? What plans do you already have in place, or what information can you share with us? How can we align better, and who else should be involved or has influence on this matter?

  3. 3

⚠️ What risks or gaps do you see, and what would you suggest we do to address them? 📚 Can you share what you know so we can build on it together?

  4. 4

    Any comments or questions?

  5. 5

(Optional) 🤓 On a scale from 1 to 5, how well did we share the information? Help us improve how we communicate and share knowledge.

  6. 6

What could make it a 5 for you? (Optional)
