About this process
Use "Roles" enhance discussion, allowing your team to share ideas more effectively and find solutions faster. This is especially effective for discussions about marketing and product development because it provides a structured system to inject multiple perspectives into a discussion that may otherwise be overlooked eg. To include a perspective about customer behaviour or a perspective about how society affects customer decisions.

1. Describe the idea or challenge.
How would you describe the idea or challenge (or topic)? Why is this important? Provide a list of resources. Define success.
2. Choose Role Card
Choose a role card from the card deck: Roles. This is the character you will play during this Session of Roles - try to stay in character as much as possible when discussing the specified topic.
3. Discuss the topic/problem
Add your comment and thoughts (keeping your role in mind) on the board below your role. The objective is to get as many points of view and ideas as possible, while remaining objective, and without judgment.
4. Discuss and compile the best ideas
Discuss the best ideas from the previous steps.
