1. Hi, thank you for joining this asynchronous feedback session.
The objective of this session is to ππshare a new design with you and gather your input and feedback. π
This is a collaborative session, so it feels a lot like a meeting(but without adding another meeting to your calendar). For example, you can see other people's answers and build on each other's ideas. You can even see each other's cursors if you end up crossing paths in this session. Of course, if you feel like joining a quick conversation with someone in the session, you can always join the voice call and say 'hi!'.
I would like to note that while I am giving you the chance to choose when you participate, but I am asking you to do so before the π due date. If you don't want to forget, we'll send you a reminder, but you can also add this session to your calendar.
Let me show you the design and walk you through the idea. π [ ADD AN IMAGE OR VIDEO(Loom/Youtube) ]

πHow do you feel about this design? Do you think we're heading in the right direction? πππ

2. What should I add or improve?
Add one idea/suggestion per sticky note. π₯πVote and react to those notes you believe should be considered.
3. Any risks or considerations?
4. Holistic feedback.
Here are some design requirements and principles that have been assigned to us during the design process.
Is this design attractive, user-friendly, and forward-thinking? Is it easy to implement, cost-effective, and have its implementation been considered? Choose one if I am not following one or more of these principles.π
- The design is NOT attractive and DOESN'T follow our brand guidelines.
- The design is NOT user-friendly or easy-to-use.
- The design DOESN'T keep in mind future changes.
- The design is NOT easy to build or/and cost-efficient.
5. Any additional comments?
Add feedback and comments here. βπAdd your questions in the next section.
6. Any questions?
I will go through all of your comments and answers once the session is closed and will address all of your questions and concerns a few days later. If you have a question that requires an immediate answer, you can contact me through Slack.
