1. Tasks and responsibilities

Begin by defining each phase, main milestones, and tasks, and decide who and how will be involved by following the RACI method. The RACI method is quite straightforward; for each decision, action or deliverable a RACI chart steps out especially who is:

ā€¢šŸ”“ R-esponsible: Those who do the work to achieve the task. (Also known as drivers)
ā€¢šŸŸ£ A-ccountable: The role that is answerable for the correct and thorough completion of a deliverable or task.
ā€¢šŸŸ¢ C-onsulted: Those whose opinions are sought. typically subject matter experts and with who there is two-way communication.
ā€¢šŸ”µ I-nformed. Those who are kept up-to-date on progress, often only on completion of the task or deliverable. One-way communication.

We are adding two more options:

ā€¢šŸŸ¤ P-lanner: Those who get things ready, coordinate tasks and everyone's efforts. People who delegate work and manage tasks. (Also knowns as Architect and organizer)
ā€¢šŸŸ” AP-provers: Those who need to provide feedback or approve changes and updates.
ā€¢šŸŸ  L-ead: Those who make sure the company and project's goals are team's goals are in sync.
