About this process
NHF (Non Negotiables, Hopes, and Fears): This helps discuss potential issues before a project starts and usually helps find gaps and things that haven't been considered. Start with hopes by asking, "For X to work successfully, what would have to be true?" then continue with fears and non-negotiables.

1. π₯ Topics, Findings, and Objectives
Share something new, such as a new topic or proposal, new findings, and the objective of the discussion.
2. π£ Non-negotiables
Non-negotiables are essential elements or conditions that must be met for a project, decision, or agreement to move forward. These are the core requirements that cannot be compromised or altered. Identifying and understanding non-negotiables is crucial for setting clear expectations and ensuring that everyone involved is aligned on what is absolutely necessary.
3. Hopes π«
Hopes and expectations are crucial elements that shape the vision and desired outcomes of a project. While they are often used interchangeably, they can have distinct meanings in a project context. π«These are the things you hope to be true, the results you expect to see, and the overall vision.
4. πΉ Fears
Any fears, concerns, or potential risks that you may want to discuss or share to leverage everyone's knowledge and explore how to best move forward. Not all risks need to be mitigated or solved but must be discussed. The same applies to fears; it is important to discuss them because this helps teams and stakeholders share their areas of expertise and how they or others could be affected.
All fears are valid and important, but sometimes the person sharing the fear can use colors to indicate its level:
Low = Blue π΅ - Medium = Yellow π‘ - High = Red π΄ | Add one per sticky note.
