About this process

Use this session in both synchronous and asynchronous meetings to present a proposal, strategy, or design, discussing it with a business-oriented mindset to formulate a winning strategy or proposal. Ensure that all collaborators and stakeholders contribute their knowledge, focusing on aspects such as competitive edge, competition, partnerships, and more. Ask yourself: What would have to be true for this to be a winning strategy?

6. Do we currently possess the required Must-Have Capabilities?

Does our Aspiration fit in a way that provides positive guidance for our team and to our customers?

Are are choices, inspiring customers, employees, channel partners and suppliers. Would they support our proposal/strategy? If not, in what ways could we adjust this proposal to better fit with and reinforce our objective?

7. Is this unique to us?

Is this idea so commonplace that it lacks distinction, and are your competitors likely already contemplating similar approaches?

While it's crucial to engage in discussions about the matters mentioned above, it's equally important to acknowledge that not all solutions and strategies can be entirely unique, so maybe this is not always applicable. However, it's worth considering!

If your solution is genuinely innovative, creative, or unique to your organization, and it's less probable that a competitor is pursuing the same path, then there's a higher likelihood that you're building something with a competitive edge in the market.

👉How might we make it unique or innovative? Any ideas or suggestion?

Add 🔥ONE idea per sticky note. 👍 React to those ideas that should get our attention.
