1. Discuss Session Goals / Instructions
Review and discuss the problem to be solved in the Session Goals / Instructions. The team lead can add additional information or a link to important documents. Guests and team members can ask questions before starting.
2. Add Challenge cards to the whiteboard
Select a card from the "Challenge Card deck" or "Design Concepts" card deck (available inside the board below) Think about how the problem relates to the challenge card(s). If each card is added individually as a constraint to the problem, how is the problem affected? What if you combine all challenge cards you have selected as constraints to the problem? Try to come up with new ways of looking at the problem and present possible solutions.
3. Review solutions / ideas
Review all solutions presented by the team in the previous step. Discuss and add additional ideas to compliment solutions that came up. Write down any additional problems that have been uncovered.
4. Final conclusions
Condense the best ideas into the session output to be carried forward for reports and reference.
