1. Where can we find all the documentation for this initiative?
The product manager must go through several phases and steps before moving forward with an initiative.
πIt's essential to gather approvals in Nova or some other platform where conversations can be found, and all notes and decisions are saved in one place.
This should not take additional time, and in reality, it should help everyone find information, have confidence that things are moving forward, and that decisions and the support of the team are outstanding.
πΌπ Please share a link to the main folder or project space for this initiative or epic.π
2. Evaluation Phase.
πDo you have enough information about what is happening in the market? Trends, opportunities, new behaviours, user demand, competitors, etc.
πWhat your competitors are doing, and what are the new opportunities and needs in the market? Have you conducted any research about the market?
Provide a brief of all the key insights from your research. Mention why you think it's (or is not) important to move forward with this initiative, the value vs. cost/time this feature will take compared to other features (why this should be a priority? why now?), and the unknowns that could affect the results. β€οΈPlease add a link to the folder with all the information, but make sure you provide the brief here.
