Evaluate and understand your aspirations, knowledge, passion and values. Go over this self-assessment section first. Look at job advertisements in your field and define your ideal job. Discuss gaps and a career plan with your manager or coach. Write down all the skills and areas your need to develop and create an action plan.

1.Evaluate and understand your aspirations, knowledge, passion and values. Go over this self-assessment section first.
2.Look at job advertisements in your field and define your ideal job.
3.Discuss gaps and a career plan your your manager or coach.

To achieve your goals you need to have an agreed course of action with your manager, mentor or advisor. You need to have clear understanding of the steps, and you can even add tasks here.
