Nova academy (guest sessions)

This platform will be the online space where we collaborate, brainstorm and evaluate ideas as a group. When you sign in to Nova you will have access to this workspace, and if you are a collaborator, you will see a screen similar to the one below. 👇

As you see on the screenshot above (Guest sessions page), you will be able to see all your sessions and whiteboards organized by status and 📅due date. How do I start? Click on the session name** and open the session or whiteboard. Read the session instructions.** Sessions instructions often provide information about how we should work together. For example, I could ask you to complete step one and schedule a meeting in your calendar for step two. We don't always add session instructions, but that will be the first thing you see if they are present. Follow the steps. 🚶 Mark steps as complete whenever you are done. ✅ Mark this step as complete 👇👇so I know you read this!

This is a visual, collaborative space where we can capture everyone's thoughts and opinions and store our assets. Every session is different, but here are the typical ways we will get things done: Steps asking for your opinion or thoughts in a list format (like this one) will look something like this:

Steps asking you to read something and mark the step as complete once you are done reading. Steps asking you to add an attachment or a photo on a whiteboard (you can drag and drop an images from your computer onto a whiteboard)

Steps asking you to add a sticky note (or thoughts and ideas) inside the whiteboard. You can change sticky note color or make them transparent (for a text box) by clicking on the sticky note and using the sticky note menu.
