About this process

Think of your product or service as a promise to your users or potential users. Your product or services is helping them accomplish a goal or avoid some pain. Features are temporary ways to keep those promises because those will need to change as technology and needs change, but your promise and company's mission offers a long-term commitment to your users. Define your vision, your promise, your value proposition and your growth strategy.
