About this process
Evaluate how stressful a situation or project is for a client or team member evaluating how they feel. High-stress levels are shown to reduce the ability to make good decisions, to be objective, or be creative. It's important to evaluate how this works or all the specific situations affecting your team or client. This tool can be used as a conversation starter to evaluate how people are feeling. Ideal for coaching. Created by Ro Fernández.
