If another coworker didn't show up for work or is not showing the capacity to get their work done, but if those tasks are not done, the final results would be compromised. What would you do?
- 3
When was the last time you promised to get something done, but it depended on the collaboration of another coworker, so for one reason or another, you didn't deliver on time? What happened? What did you do?
- 4
Can you tell me a time when you didn't receive good feedback, what was it about and what was your position?
- 5
Would you consider yourself a positive or a realistic person? Why? Tell me more.
- 6
When was the last time you had to confront a team member or a manager? Why? What did you do?
