A good way to determine whether you would like to move forward with the candidate is by considering if you and your team will genuinely enjoy working with this person or if there is anything indicating that may slow down the team. Also, think about the tasks this candidate will have to do on a daily basis and if this person possesses the skills and passion to drive and own the work that happens every day. Additionally, consider if you have asked enough questions and gathered enough information to truly understand how this candidate could perform. If you are unsure, you may want to move forward and schedule a new interview to ask more specific questions.
