About this process
A human-centered model that can be used to prioritize the implementation of key product features, ideas, etc (once they have been defined). It can also be used to determine the priority of marketing projects as they relate to the value provided to the customer. You will evaluate if an idea or feature is must have or if you should avoid it. We recommend defining success before you start using this tool.

1. The Must-have (or must do) vs Must-avoid
Place product features and ideas you want to discuss onto the sticky board, and into the correct column. We have two columns: Must-have:** Excluding one of these qualities or features will be negative because the customer/user expects it or because it's very attractive to the customer. Must-avoid:** Excluding one of these qualities or features will be positive.
