About this process
Define the objective of your meetings or asynchronous meeting, gauge people's sentiments to better understand their thoughts, and ask impactful questions to achieve the meeting's objective - this is done by asking stakeholders to think if there is something they will modify, add, reverse, eliminate or keep.
The process in detail

1. Hi, thank you for joining this discussion. I would like to share with you a [proposal/idea] and discuss it further.
The objective of this brainstorming session is to 👉get a sense of what is important to you, and explore multiple options together.
This is a collaborative session, so it feels a lot like a meeting(but without adding another meeting to your calendar). For example, you can see other people's answers and build on each other's ideas.
Let me share with you the proposal👇 [ ADD AN LINK AND VIDEO(Loom/Youtube) ]
You can also find all the documents and information here. Document link
👉Before we continue about the proposals, I would like to read the room and get a sense of 🥵😩😄😍how we feel about these proposals. Are we feeling optimistic about what we will be discussing here?

2. Brainstorming: How might we [achieve something/solve a problem] ?
🔥 Do you have any additional ideas or recommendations? If you could wish for anything, what would it be? In the absence of time and money constraints what would do?
Be specific! How might we better improve this initial proposal to effectively [achieve something/solve a problem]?
🔥You can also look at what competitors are doing.
🙏👇Add your ideas below. Add 👇one idea per sticky note. Keep it short; we will get back to you if we have questions.
3. [M] What should we modify or substitute?
⚡🧨 What should we modify or substitute? Suggest changing at least one thing to make it better, more efficient, or to reduce costs.
4. [A] Add: What should we add to make it better, more efficient, or to reduce costs?
5. [R] Reverse.
🧨 Try to think of at least one thing that we could change the order of the sequence or the layout or the process and could improve the way it works. Remember that in here there are no bad ideas. Any suggestions? I encourage you to think of one or react to one.
6. [E] Eliminate.
Choose at least one thing that you think we should eliminate and tell us why. React to those that you agree with.
7. 🎯 [K] Keep.
From the proposal we have shared, actually what do you like and think we should keep as shown? What is currently working that should work the same? Mention at least one thing or react to others' input.
8. Any questions or comments?
I will go through all of your comments and answers once the session is closed and will address all of your questions and concerns a few days later. If you have a question that requires an immediate answer, you can contact me through Slack.
🔥You can add additional comments here. What else should I be asking you? What else should I be thinking about? What else whould I consider?
🤓Are there any dissenting opinions we should explore further?
