About this process
Write down your hypothesis before starting a research session to better reflect and understand the things that you are assuming and what you believe the result could be. Share this hypothesis with your team and get their feedback.

1. What is the key barrier or challenge you are working on today?
Add one challenge per sticky note. ๐
2. What is the cause or causes of this barrier or challenge?
One cause per sticky note ๐
3. Assumptions
Add a list of assumptions. Think about the things you don't have all the information and you are currently assuming. Tip: Share this step with your team. Maybe someone in your team can provide more information.
4. How might we...
Create a question to reframe the challenge or barrier you are going to solve. Start by saying, " how might we ...." and finalize the question. For example: How might we improve our online customer service for millennial users? How might we get schools and universities to use our product?
5. Hypothesis
Generate a list of hypothesis. A hypothesis often follows a basic format of "If {this happens} then {this will happen}." or " If [A], then [B] due to [C]."
