1. Hi, thank you for joining this asynchronous session.
The objective of this session is to ππshare a [INITIAVE/EPIC] with you and discuss some of the details. π
This is a collaborative session, so it feels a lot like a meeting(but without adding another meeting to your calendar). For example, you can see other people's answers and build on each other's ideas. You can even see each other's cursors if you end up crossing paths in this session. Of course, if you feel like joining a quick conversation with someone in the session, you can always join the voice call and say 'hi!'.
I would like to note that while I am giving you the chance to choose when you participate, but I am asking you to do so before the π due date. If you don't want to forget, we'll send you a reminder, but you can also add this session to your calendar.
Let me share with you the initiative and some of the key requirements and user needs.π [ ADD AN LINK AND VIDEO(Loom/Youtube) ]
Some notes:
You can also find all the documents and information here. Document link
πππWhat do you think about the concept? Do you think this initiative could help us help that problem? Is our solution better? Let me know how this initiative makes you feel. β€οΈπ₯ππ

Lead change. πͺThere is an old saying that goes, "If you don't help make the menu, you'll be the one on the menu." You need to take initiative and be proactive instead of waiting for change or assuming that people know or understand your constraints. πSo, what should I know?
13. Any risks or considerations?

I will go through all of your comments and answers once the session is closed and will address all of your questions and concerns a few days later. If you have a question that requires an immediate answer, you can contact me through Slack.
