1. 🦁 Animal Risk Matrix

This is a creative and visual framework that categorizes risks using animal metaphors. Each animal represents a combination of likelihood and impact. For example:

•Rabbits (low impact, high likelihood): They’re everywhere, but not dangerous. You should track and manage them efficiently so they don’t overwhelm you.
•Tigers (high impact, high likelihood): These are urgent and dangerous. You must act on these risks right away — they’re the highest priority.
•Elephants (high impact, low likelihood): Rare but destructive if they occur. Plan mitigation strategies in advance, even if they seem unlikely.
•Mice (low impact, low likelihood): Not worth worrying about unless they grow over time.

How to use it:

List your potential risks and categorize them using this matrix. Use it in team planning or retrospectives to bring clarity and even humor to the discussion of serious risks.
