About this process
Stands for Topic, Feeling, and Notes. This 1-on-1 meeting is owned by the team member instead of the manager. They are the ones who choose the topic, discuss how they are feeling, outline next steps, and mention when and how they need help. The leader has a section for private notes. The leader must create the session inside their leadership hub or a private project so the team can't see or access private notes. Team members have to be invited as collaborators.
