About this process

Define the objective of your meetings or asynchronous meeting, gauge people's sentiments to better understand their thoughts, and ask impactful questions to achieve the meeting's objective using this tool/template. This tool/template has been curated to facilitate the discussion about multiple solutions, proposals, designs or ideas to fully understand people's/stakeholder's preferences. Follow the OFQ Framework for meetings. Clearly define the (O)bjective of the meeting, assess how people (F)eel, and ask powerful (Q)uestions to accomplish the meeting's objective.

1. Hi, thank you for joining this discussion. I would like to share with you a few proposals with the intention of getting a better understanding of what really is important.

The objective of this session is to 👉get a sense of what is important to you, and what you would choose when you have multiple options available. Additionally, we aim to better understand why you have certain preferences and expectations so that we can make the best decision.

This is a collaborative session, so it feels a lot like a meeting(but without adding another meeting to your calendar). For example, you can see other people's answers and build on each other's ideas.

Let me share with you [both] proposals👇 [ ADD AN LINK AND VIDEO(Loom/Youtube) ]

You can also find all the documents and information here. Document link

👉Before we chat about the proposals, I would like to read the room and get a sense of 🥵😩😄😍how we feel about these proposals. Are we feeling optimistic about what we will be discussing here?

Help me evaluate how you feel about it. On a scale of one to five, with five indicating a great proposal and solution, how would you rate this proposal?

⚡🧨 What else would you tell us about this proposal that can help us understand if this could work and for whom it may not work? Also, use this space to mention anything else that comes to mind that maybe we haven't asked.

8. Do you have any additional ideas or requirements that could improve our efforts further? How can we improve it? If you could wish for anything, what would it be?

🔥What should we add, change or improve? Do you have any additional ideas or recommendations?

Be specific! Which option should we improve or change based on your preferences? If you are referring to both, please let us know that too.

9. Any risks or considerations? Are there any things we should avoid, and why?

Does anyone have a different perspective to share? 💀😱Are there any unspoken fears, concerns, or worries that, if left unaddressed, could become significant issues later on?

10. In the absence of time and money constraints what would you design/build/choose to [ objective of your proposal ]?

Let me know if there is a better idea out there that I should be considering. The scenario where money and time are not a constraint is unrealistic, but it helps me know that we are not making assumptions about the things that we can't do.

11. Any questions or comments?

I will go through all of your comments and answers once the session is closed and will address all of your questions and concerns a few days later. If you have a question that requires an immediate answer, you can contact me through Slack.

🔥You can add additional comments here. What else should I be asking you? What else should I be thinking about? What else whould I consider?

🤓Are there any dissenting opinions we should explore further?

🙂 Questions and Answers

•Should I add comments to the document directly or here? This feedback session aims to gather overall feedback, and I am asking you specific questions to understand if this is what you are expecting. I am not trying to capture edits or quick comments here, you can use the document directly to request edits.
•Should I make edits? Yes, if you see a mistake, feel free to correct it directly - using the document. If you see a sentence or section that could be written in a different way to more effectively communicate the message, make that suggestion directly in the document.
