1. Hi, thank you for joining this asynchronous session.

The objective of this session is to 👉👉share a [IDEA/PROPOSAL/STRATEGY] with you and gather your input and choose one of the options. 🙏

This is a collaborative session, so it feels a lot like a meeting(but without adding another meeting to your calendar). For example, you can see other people's answers and build on each other's ideas. You can even see each other's cursors if you end up crossing paths in this session. Of course, if you feel like joining a quick conversation with someone in the session, you can always join the voice call and say 'hi!'.

I would like to note that while I am giving you the chance to choose when you participate, but I am asking you to do so before the 📅 due date. If you don't want to forget, we'll send you a reminder, but you can also add this session to your calendar.

•Should I add comments to the document directly or here? This feedback session aims to gather overall feedback, and I am asking you specific questions to understand if this is what you are expecting. I am not trying to capture edits or quick comments here, you can use the document directly.
•Should I make edits? Yes, if you see a mistake, feel free to correct it directly. If you see a sentence or section that could be written in a different way to more effectively communicate the message, make that suggestion directly in the document.
•What is the purpose of this feedback session? My objective is to avoid another meeting to share an idea with you. I have a few questions I want to ask you, and I want to get a sense if I am moving in the right direction, but I am not trying to create a final document for it. All the documents share are just drafts.
