I Wish, I Wonder, I Need,: This technique helps categorize things by what is needed, what is just a wonder or a wish, so you can focus on the needs first. You can also use it to collect feedback at the moment and find out what participants are missing and what they are asking themselves. You can also move this to a whiteboard

If something seems important but not urgent (doesn't need to be prioritized immediately but may affect current plans soon), mark it with a blue sticker like this one. 🔵 Most things added here need to be important and prioritized at some point. Otherwise, they should be added to the I Wish section.
