About this process
The Leadership Habits Framework is a simple yet comprehensive system designed for leaders, entrepreneurs, and CEOs to maintain a healthy, strong, and well-structured organization. It organizes essential routines and habits into daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities to ensure critical tasks and objectives are consistently met. Daily Habits: Focus on personal well-being and productivity through quick checks like engaging with positive influences and physical activity. Weekly Habits: Recurring tasks that support regular operations and progress tracking. Monthly Habits: Activities like strategy evaluations, retrospectives, and key meetings to ensure alignment and long-term planning. Yearly Habits: High-level planning, including setting annual objectives, strategy reviews, and reflecting on major changes. This framework is flexible, customizable, and easy to implement, making it a valuable tool for any leader looking to sustain organizational success.

2. 📌🎯 Deliverables and priorities
These are the tangible outcomes I am expected to deliver this month. 📌They help move closer to achieving goals 🎯 or directly contribute to reaching them, such as completing a milestone, submitting a report, or launching a new feature.
👉Deliverables are outcomes: Activities like meetings or recurring tasks are not deliverables. They are actions required to reach a deliverable.🤓💫
Here are our key priorities for this month:

1. Annual Habits: Activities that happen every year 🦸
Recurring yearly activities and habits form the foundation of any company and team. Without them, both the company and team can struggle. Establishing and maintaining good habits—whether yearly, quarterly, or monthly—is essential for defining the path to a team's success. Ensure your list of recurring activities aligns with your values, and review and improve it annually to drive continuous growth and alignment.
2. 🎯 Indicate this year's key objectives.
10 to 15 key objectives a year max. 🎯Objectives should be clear, memorable, and inspiring to motivate everyone in the company to aim higher. They should include both an aspirational and realistic component, such as:
🪄 Anything below the realistic goal will be considered as the goal not being achieved. This dual approach encourages ambition while maintaining practicality.
3. Notes.
Things change, new opportunities may arise during the year, shifting priorities, and decisions are made to better support the team and the organization. Add comments here when decisions are made or delays occur that affect the original plan.
