About this process
Gather information about your potential clients and manage all your leads in one single whiteboard. The "Client Discovery" Wall is the first stage of any management consulting engagement. During client discovery, the consultant dives below the client organization's surface to gather information about the organization to ultimately evaluate if this potential client is a good fit. This wall is also used as a single source of truth, where consultants keep all the most recent information about their clients. You can organize this wall by status. Recommendation: Create a new project every year.
