📈📊Priorities.👩🎨
Priorities are the 2 or 3 key areas this team member must focus on and prioritize because they are crucial to the overall objectives of the company.
Here are the priorities for the month:
✔✔Deliverables.
Deliverables are the tangible or intangible outputs (things to be delivered and completed during this period) produced as part of a project or task, provided to a client, stakeholder, or team. Add those deliverables here as tasks.

1. Remove work: Changing habits.
If you are working remotely, there are a few habits that need to change to effectively work in this environment while creating a fair space for everyone and giving managers visibility into progress. Three main things are needed: rules, processes, and transparency.
🧠 ❤️ Rules: Set clear expectations. For example, it might be expected to work from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. every day and respond to Slack messages within two hours during work hours. All decisions should be logged in a decision log or meeting notes, which should be accessible and organized so everyone can find them. Rules help set expectations, ensuring that everyone is treated equally and believes the company operates fairly.
🎢 Processes: Processes were important for growth and success before remote work, but they become even more essential when working remotely. Without them, team members may make more assumptions, leading to issues that take longer to fix. Processes define basic expectations, the quality of work expected from each individual, how teams collaborate, and the importance of each role.
🎯 Trackability and Transparency: Decisions and processes need to be trackable and transparent. You can't rely on multiple daily meetings to evaluate progress. Instead, team members must be responsible for updating tasks, decisions, and progress so everyone can access real-time information without disrupting work hours for check-ins.
To recap, the three basics are:
There’s one more important element, but we’ll cover that in the next step.

Decision Log: Keep track o f all key decision.
3. Fewer Meetings.
When businesses started working remotely, the number of meetings tripled, reducing the time each person spent actually getting work done. This has now become a bad habit, even in companies that have returned to the office. It's avoidable, and choosing not to learn how to regain that lost productivity is a decision that puts companies at a disadvantage. In contrast, those who learn how to lead meetings asynchronously gain a competitive edge.

1. 👍 What went well?
👇Add one suggestion per sticky note.
🥳 What should we keep doing? What is showing good results? What is helping our team feel connected and engaged?
2. 😤😢 What didn't go well?
👇Add one suggestion per sticky note.
👀 😤😢 What should we improve, stop doing, or rethink? What wasn’t clear enough? What was a blocker or made things more complicated than needed to be?
3. 💥 Actions we might take.
Prioritize one or two actions you’re willing to take to improve the way things are done. Think of this as a commitment to experiment, not a binding obligation. The goal is to test whether these changes lead to meaningful improvements. Focus on actions you believe will have the greatest impact or address urgent needs—because progress begins with a single step forward. By prioritizing thoughtfully, you set the stage for positive momentum and real results.
