Goal setting & prioritization

First define your 1 year goals and your your OKRs. Secondly, prioritize tasks, user stories, features, and ideas. You will be using the MoSCow matrix to effectively manage your backlog. And finally, manage your tasks and ideas. We recommend using a Kanban board or a calendar but you can develop your own system. We recommend to start a new project every year. By using this system you will be able to keep your backlog organized and track progress.
