Questions about how to participate or prepare this session? Watch this video.
👍Please click on the thumbs up if the current plan works for you, or if there is anything that needs to be changed or needs urgent attention given something you are aware of.
- Option 1
- Option 2
2. ❤️ I wish...
❤ List nice-to-have items.
🧐Keep the descriptions short. If more information is needed, you can add comments or additional links leading to documents in your drive.
3. 🐣🐓I wonder...
List things that you wonder about, think could be nice to know, or have concerns about. If any of these seem high-risk and may need immediate investigation, mark them with a red dot.🔴
🧐Keep the descriptions short. If more information is needed, you can add comments or additional links leading to documents in your drive.
4. 🌱 I need...
List things you need, such as things that need to be implemented, things that have to change or improve to work better, or even blockers. If something is urgent, please mark it with a red dot.🔴
If something seems important but not urgent (doesn't need to be prioritized immediately but may affect current plans soon), mark it with a blue sticker like this one. 🔵 Most things added here need to be important and prioritized at some point. Otherwise, they should be added to the I Wish section.
🧐Keep the descriptions short. If more information is needed, you can add comments or additional links leading to documents in your drive.

1. 🦸 The Objective.
During this session, our goal is to discuss and brainstorm solutions to effectively [what]. The problem/constraints or blockers seem to be [A] and [B]. Given this, our main principles when defining our solution are the ones mentioned below, but which of them do you think should be 👀😲 non-negotiable?
👇Vote for a maximum of two.
- Time The solution needs to be implemented within our timeframe.
- Costs Keep costs as low as possible, but consider the cost of missing an opportunity, the return on investment, and how long it takes to achieve a return.
- Feasibility Ensure this is feasible not only technically, but that our team has the right skills and the necessary resources to implement it.
- Excellence Strive for excellence not perfection (business mindset)
- Root of the Problem Focus on solving the root of the problem instead of addressing symptoms or short-term solutions.
- Simplicity Don't overcomplicate things. If it's hard to explain, it's hard to understand, leading to more customer service issues, more training, and higher dropout rates.
- Nice to Have Recognize what is a nice-to-have.
- Who and How Many? A solution for one needs to fit many. Our solution needs to be scalable.
- All
2. 🤯 Here is the proposal.
[ Add the overall summary of the proposal and some of the requirements ]
Here is the initial proposal and general ideas to guide this conversation. Based on this, what other actions should we take to improve it? How would you enhance the proposal?
Keep in mind that improvements could involve cost reduction, process improvement, enhancing the experience, or even investing in education and training. Please add one idea per sticky note.
3. Go back 👆 Take some time to read through them and prioritize them.
Now that all the ideas are there, take some time to read through them and prioritize them. If any seem similar, bring that to people's attention and remove duplicates. We don't want duplicates.
So, what should you do next? You have 3 votes. Choose the 3 top ideas that are the best and should be prioritized. Use this emoji 👍You can only choose 3. From those 3, use this icon❤️ to select your favorite (only one).
Provide more information and insights about your why or provide more context if needed. 💬👇
4. Other Notes & Questions (Optional)
Links, Questions, Comments, etc.
5. 📂 ⭐⭐⭐ Top 3 Ideas or Proposals (Summary)
After discussing and identifying the top 3 ideas and proposals, write down the selected ones and provide context and details on how they should work, what the expectations are, why they are important, and anything else that can help you move forward. This is a summary of the collective choices made by the team/stakeholders.
